We offer a 3-4 inspection per year service depending on the age of the tenancy and tenant rating achieved over several prior inspections.

Every maintenance request is reviewed by a senior team member. In the event the task is incomplete or marked as invalid, the claim may be declined or sent back for clarification prior to it being approved.

DETAILED REQUEST INFORMATION

All information is gathered and uploaded into our platform including what the problem is, where it is located, possible causes, whether your insurance needs to become involved and, of course, if the item is considered to be an emergency. The entry will contain images and video allowing you to access all the relevant information and make a fast decision.
