We value your privacy and provide a way for you to request the dleetion of your account and any associated data stored by us.
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data, what information is removed, and what may be retained temporarily.
Property Rent Manager does not store your property or personal files on our servers.
We only store:
Your email address (used for login and account verification)
All property data and other records created inside the app are stored only in your own Google Drive if login using the "Sign in with the Google" and given permission to access the google drive to store the data, not on our servers.
When you request account deletion, we permanently delete:
Your email address stored in Firebase Authentication
Any app-related metadata stored on our servers (if any)
We cannot delete files stored in your Google Drive, because they are under your ownership.
However, you may delete them yourself at any time.
After we receive your request:
Your account email will be deleted within 7 days.
No copy of your data is kept afterward.

Since your property data is stored in your own Google Drive:
Open drive.google.com
Search for folder: “Property Rent Manager”
Delete the folder permanently
This is optional and controlled entirely by you.
