Property Rent Manager ("we", "our", "the app") is designed to help users manage their rental properties, tenants, payments, and expenses. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled safely and responsibly.

2.1. Personal Information

  We do not collect any other personal identification information such as your phone number, or address.

2.2. Property & Tenant Data

All property-related data you enter (properties, rooms, tenants, payments, expenses) is:

• Stored only on your device when offline

• Stored in your own Google Drive if logged in with Gmail

We do not have access to this data.

2.3. Automatically Collected Data

For analytics and app improvement (if enabled by Google Play):

• App usage statistics

• Device type

• Crash logs

This data is anonymous and cannot identify you.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address only for:

• Registering new user

• Enabling Google login

• Syncing your data with Google Drive (optional)

• Account recovery

• Handling data deletion requests
  We never sell, share, or trade your data.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

4.1. Offline Mode

If you do not sign in with Gmail:

• All data is stored locally on your device
  
  

4.2. Google Login Mode

If you sign in using Gmail:

• Your property data is stored in your Google Drive, under a private app folder

• We cannot view or access this data
  
  

4.3. Email Storage

Your email address is stored securely in Firebase Authentication.

5. Data Backup & Sync

When logged in using Gmail:

• Your data is automatically synced to Google Drive

• You can install the app on multiple devices and access the same data
  
  

6. Data Retention & Deletion

6.1. What We Can Delete

We can delete:

• Your Firebase account (email address)
  
  

6.2. What You Must Delete Yourself

We cannot delete your property data stored in your Google Drive
(You control and own that data.)

6.3. How to Request Account Deletion

We will process your request within 7 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services:

Google Firebase

• Authentication (email only for google direct login  , and email and password for registered user)

Google Drive

• Optional data backup and syncing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.

8. Children’s Privacy

Property rent manager is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data:

• Firebase Authentication security

• Google Drive secure storage

• Local device secure storage
