The UAE’s first casino will be built at Wynn Al Marjan Island. The branded hotel is due to open in 2027, with 1,542 rooms, 22 restaurants and a shopping destination. The resort is expected to attract more than 5 million tourists per year, which will lead to an increase in prices for buying and renting property.
Convenient location - Ras Al Khaimah is located in the north of the UAE. Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road provide fast access to the neighbouring emirates of Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
