How does the automatic calorie estimation feature work?
Go to the daily log and click scan a food item. Take a picture of your food, and the app will automatically estimate the caloric content of the food. If the classification is correct, an entry will automatically be added for this food.

How does the AI work? Where do my photos go?
The AI on the server works by first receiving the image from the user and identifying the object as well as giving a calorie estimation. The result is sent back and the photo is promptly deleted from the server.

There is a confirmation screen where you are able to manually edit the food name/calorie amount if the AI model is wrong.Â

We only collect your email so that you can save your progress in the cloud. We do not give any information to any third parties.
