1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ProperPDF (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProperPDF provides PDF tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, signing, form filling, and protecting PDFs. Some features are available for free, while others require a subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the files you upload or modify.
  
  

• Ensuring you have rights to edit, sign, or share any PDF processed in the App.
  
  

• Keeping your device and account secure.
  
  

4. Subscription and Billing

• The App offers monthly and yearly subscription plans through Google Play Billing managed by RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• All payments are handled securely by Google Play, and refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. License and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional document handling.
You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or its components.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.

6. Data & Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat to understand feature usage, improve stability, and manage subscriptions.
No personal or sensitive user data (like documents, names, or contact info) is collected, shared, or sold.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nepali Indie Dev makes no warranties regarding reliability, performance, or accuracy. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nepali Indie Dev shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or data issues arising from your use of the App, including loss of files, subscription errors, or device performance issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
