• Proof images: user-selected photos chosen through the device image picker. The app does not request media library permissions; images are accessed only when you choose them.

• Upload data: when you submit a proof, the image URI and related task fields are included in the upload payload.

• Technical data: minimal device and usage information required for app operation may be collected by the platform or third-party services only if those services are added separately.

• To let you create, edit, delete, and track tasks.

• To upload task proof images when you request it.

• To improve app functionality and maintain the service.

5. Data Sharing

• We do not share your personal task data or proof images with third parties except when you upload them through the app or as required by law.

• The app does not sell your information.

6. Permissions and Device Access

• The app does not request Android storage or media permissions such as:

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES

  • READ_MEDIA_VIDEO

  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

• Image selection is handled via Expo ImagePicker with scoped access to only the photo you choose.

• Your task and proof data remains on your device until you delete it.

• Uploaded proof data is sent only when you choose to upload and may be retained by the receiving endpoint according to its own policy.

8. Security

• We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no app can guarantee complete security.

• Always use a secure device lock and keep your device software up to date.

• The app is not designed for children under 13.
