Kyrosig Privacy Policy
Overview: Kyrosig ("we", "us") provides the "Proof of Human" Google Workspace™ Add-on. This policy explains how we handle data.
Local Processing: All data analysis is performed locally within the user's Google Apps™ Script environment.
We do not transmit, store, or share your document content or personal data to any external servers. Data Retention: We do not retain any user data. The only data generated is the Humanity Score and Certificate ID displayed to the user.
Google™ API Limited Use Disclosure: Kyrosig's use and transfer of information received from Google™ APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google™ API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Protection & Security Mechanisms We are committed to protecting your data. The "Proof of Human" application employs the following security mechanisms:
Data in Transit: All communication between the Google Docs™ Add-on and our external verification registry (kyrosig.com) is encrypted via secure HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Data at Rest: The cryptographic certificates (containing the Document ID, Humanity Score, and Timestamp) are stored in a private, access-restricted Google Sheet™ database acting as our central ledger.
No Content Storage: We do not read, transmit, or store the actual written content, text, or images within your Google™ Document. We only process structural metadata (character counts and revision history tally) locally during the active session to generate the cryptographic certificate.
