When you use AI-assisted script creation, the text prompts, topics, instructions, or related content you enter may be sent to our server or service providers in order to generate script content.
The generated results are returned to the app for your review and editing. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing the final script before using it.
We use this information only to provide the AI script generation feature, maintain service reliability, improve the user experience where permitted, and prevent misuse.
When you use OCR text recognition, PromptOne may access the camera or selected photos only after you grant permission or choose an image.
OCR recognition is performed locally on your device using system-provided text recognition features. We do not upload your photos, camera captures, or recognized text to our servers for OCR processing.
Recognized text is used only to create or update editable scripts within the app.
We use the collected information to:
Provide and maintain app functionality
Enable teleprompter script creation, editing, recording, saving, and sharing
Provide AI-assisted script generation when you choose to use it
Provide local OCR text recognition when you choose to use it
Improve and optimize user experience
Diagnose crashes and improve app stability

PromptOne may request the following permissions:
Used to record videos within the app and to capture images for local OCR text recognition when you choose to use this feature.
