Prompt Notes ("we", "our", or "the app") is a productivity utility that lets
users save prompt templates and display them as a floating overlay on top of
other apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles
and how it is used.
1. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
• Your notes (title, body, category) are stored ONLY in local storage on
your device.
• App preferences (overlay quota, reward status, bubble position, display
settings) are also stored locally.
• The app works fully offline. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any
personal data to our servers. There is no account and no sign-in.
2. PERMISSIONS WE USE
• Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): to show the floating
overlay bubble and card.
• Foreground service: to keep the overlay running while you use other apps.
• Notifications: to show the required persistent notification for the
overlay service.
• Vibrate: for subtle haptic feedback when copying text.
• Exact alarm: reserved for optional reminder features.
3. ADVERTISING (Google AdMob)
• The free version shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads served by
Google AdMob.
• AdMob may collect limited data such as your advertising ID, device model,
and approximate location to serve personalized or non-personalized ads,
depending on your consent choice.
• Users in the EEA/UK are shown a consent message (Google User Messaging
Platform) as required by GDPR.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES (Google Play Billing & RevenueCat)
• The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing.
We never see or store your payment information.
• We use RevenueCat to verify purchase status so your Pro access can be
restored on any device. RevenueCat processes purchase data according to

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect
any personal information from children.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Since all data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by
uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted
on this page with an updated revision date.
