When you register an account or interact with Promptly AI, we collect the following personal information to provide and secure our services:

* Account Identifiers (Firebase User ID)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
* To create, authenticate, and manage your user account.
* To save and synchronize your personalized data (such as "Saved Prompts" and bookmarks) across devices.
* To verify active subscription and purchase entitlements.
* To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Collection
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We utilize trusted third-party service providers that may collect information used to identify your device or serve advertisements:
* Google Play Services: For core Android application functionality and secure in-app billing.
* Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore: For secure user sign-in, account management, and cloud database storage.

* RevenueCat: To validate and manage Promptly PRO subscriptions and one-time purchases. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase tokens. We do not collect, process, or store credit card or payment details on our servers; all payment transactions are handled directly and securely by Google Play.
* Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To deliver push notifications regarding new AI trends and app updates.
5. Device Permissions
* Photos / Media Storage: Used solely to allow you to save and download reference images directly to your device's photo gallery. We do not access, scan, read, or upload your private photos.
* Notifications: Used to send alerts about new AI prompts, trending categories, and app updates. You may opt out of notifications at any time via your device settings.
6. Account Deletion & Data Retention
You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
* In-App Deletion: Open Promptly AI > Profile > Settings > tap "Delete Account".
* Email Request: Contact us at rajatkale9@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Upon deletion, your personal profile data and saved prompts are permanently removed from our active databases.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially acceptable security measures (including encrypted cloud storage via Google Cloud and Firebase) to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
