We’re sorry to see you go! If you delete your account, you will lose access to all your saved data and history. Please read the following information carefully.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed:
Saved Favorites: All your starred and saved prompts will be permanently removed.
Prompt History: Your generation history across all devices will be cleared.
Community Profile: Your profile information (display name, avatar) will be removed from the community feed.
Pro Access: If you have any active features or credits linked to your email, they will be forfeited.
To protect your security, we require you to confirm your identity before deleting your account.
Send an email to
support@bwjhub.com from the email address associated with your PromptLex account with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]".

Once you submit a deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. All associated personal data will be purged from our servers (Supabase/Database) within 30 days, as required by law (GDPR/CCPA).
