This policy explains how we handle data to provide you with features like our credit system and public leaderboard, without ever requiring you to create a traditional account.

2. Information We Collect

Prompt Hub is designed to be highly privacy-respecting. We do not collect your email address, phone number, or social media accounts. We operate using an Auto-Anonymous Authentication system.

• Automatically Collected Identifiers: When you install and open the app, we securely generate and collect an anonymous Device Identifier. This acts as your invisible "account" so we can securely save your credit balance, and referral codes to our private servers.

• User-Provided Information: You have the option to personalize your profile by changing your display name. If you do not provide a name, you will be assigned a default alias (e.g., "Guest").

• Usage & Diagnostic Data: We use third-party services (Firebase) that collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics (such as app version and device model) to help us fix bugs and improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used strictly for core app functionality:

• To seamlessly log you in and maintain your credit balance without a password.

• To manage our referral system and reward you with credits.

• To track app performance and resolve fatal crashes.

• To serve relevant advertisements to keep the app free.

4. Publicly Shared Information (Leaderboard)

Prompt Hub features a public Leaderboard to highlight our top users.

• If you change your display name: Your chosen name and associated app statistics (such as total referrals) will be visible publicly on the Leaderboard.

• If you do not change your name: You will appear on the Leaderboard as "Guest" or "Anonymous," keeping your activity entirely private.

• No other data (such as your  ID or exact credit balance) is ever made public or shared with other users.

5. Payments and Purchases

Prompt Hub does not feature any real-money payment systems or in-app purchases. Our credit system is entirely virtual and earned through in-app activities (like referrals or viewing ads). We do not collect, process, or store any financial or credit card information.

6. Third-Party Services

To keep Prompt Hub free and operational, we use industry-standard third-party services that may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

7. Data Security

We use modern encryption protocols (HTTPS) to securely transmit your anonymous Device ID and profile data between your app and our private servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to outside marketing firms.

If you want your previous anonymous profile and leaderboard name permanently deleted from our servers, please contact us at the email provided below.

9. Children’s Privacy

Prompt Hub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such data.
