1. Introduction
Prompt World Hub (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Prompt World Hub”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it may be processed or stored, and the choices and rights available to you.
By using Prompt World Hub, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
Prompt World Hub is intended for users 18 years of age and older.
2. Information We Collect
We collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
A. Account Information
When you sign in using Google through Firebase Authentication, we may receive:
Name
Email address
Google Account ID
Profile picture, where provided by Google
We do not receive or store your Google password.
After signing in, you may be required to create a username. Your account information and username may be stored in our application database and authentication services.
B. Device and App Information
Depending on the features you use, we may process limited technical information such as:
Device type and operating system
App version
App interactions and usage information
Performance and diagnostic information
IP address and technical request information where provided through our services
This information is used to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app.
3. Photos and Media
Prompt World Hub provides features that allow you to upload, select, view, and use images for AI generation.
A. Photos Uploaded to the Media Screen
When you upload a photo to the Media Screen, the photo is stored in AWS cloud storage, which may include Amazon S3 or other AWS storage services used by Prompt World Hub.
These uploaded photos are used to:
Display your media inside the app
Maintain your personal Media Screen
Allow you to use stored media with supported app features
Provide related app functionality
Your Media Screen uploads are intended to be associated with your account and are not publicly displayed by Prompt World Hub unless you choose to share them through a feature that allows sharing.
We do not sell your uploaded photos.
B. Photos Selected Directly From Your Device
When you select a photo directly from your device gallery for an AI-generation feature, the photo may be transmitted temporarily to the required AI service for processing.
Prompt World Hub does not intentionally store these gallery-selected source photos in your Media Screen storage unless you separately choose to upload or save them through an app feature.
After the relevant AI-processing operation is completed, Prompt World Hub does not intentionally retain the gallery-selected source photo.
C. Generated AI Images
AI-generated images may be saved locally on your device when you choose to save them.
Generated images are not automatically stored in Prompt World Hub cloud storage unless the app specifically provides a feature that uploads or saves them to your account.
4. AI Image Generation
Prompt World Hub uses third-party AI services, including Google Gemini APIs, to provide AI-powered image generation features.
When an image is submitted for AI processing, the required image data and prompt information may be transmitted to the relevant AI service so that the requested generation can be performed.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or inappropriate. Prompt World Hub does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for the content you submit and generate through the app and must comply with applicable laws and the rules in this Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use Prompt World Hub to upload, generate, store, or distribute content that is:
Illegal or unlawful
Pornographic or sexually explicit
Violent or abusive
Hateful or threatening
Harassing
Copyright-infringing
Fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
Intended to facilitate illegal activity
Otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our app rules
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Unless required by applicable law, prohibited-use actions do not automatically create a right to a token refund.
6. Third-Party Services
Prompt World Hub uses third-party services to provide certain app functionality. These may include:

8. Advertising and AdMob
Prompt World Hub may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Where required, we use Google's consent mechanisms, including the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), to obtain and manage applicable advertising consent.

You may also manage advertising-related settings through your device or Google account settings where available.
9. Tokens, Purchases, and Payments
Prompt World Hub may offer tokens or other digital items used for AI features.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
Prompt World Hub does not receive or store your full payment card details through Google Play Billing.
Tokens and digital items are intended for use within the app and have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and refund rules.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or Google Play's applicable policies, digital token purchases are generally final and non-refundable once purchased or consumed.
10. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
Create and maintain your account
Authenticate users
Store and display your Media Screen uploads
Provide AI generation features
Process and deliver app functionality
Maintain app security
Detect misuse and abuse
Diagnose technical problems
Improve app performance and user experience

We do not sell personal information for money.
11. Legal Basis for Processing

Account information may be retained while your account remains active.
Media Screen uploads may remain stored in AWS until you delete them, delete your account, or they are otherwise removed in accordance with our retention practices.
Temporary image data submitted for AI processing is not intentionally retained by Prompt World Hub after the relevant processing purpose is completed, except where retention is necessary for security, legal, technical, or service-related reasons.
Third-party providers may have their own retention practices.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Request access to your personal information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Request deletion of uploaded media
Withdraw consent where applicable
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request data portability where applicable

14. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Prompt World Hub account and associated personal data.

Please include the Google email address associated with your Prompt World Hub account.
Where permitted by applicable law, we will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and generally aim to complete them within 48 hours.
Data that may be deleted includes:
Account profile information
Username
Account-related database information
Media Screen uploads stored in AWS
Other cloud-stored account data associated with your account
Images already saved locally on your device are not automatically deleted by us and must be removed from your device by you.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
If your app provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that option.
15. Age Requirement
Prompt World Hub is intended for users 18 years of age and older.
We do not knowingly provide the service to individuals under 18.
If we become aware that an account was created or information was provided by a person under 18, we may take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated information, subject to applicable law.
16. International Data Processing
Because Prompt World Hub uses third-party services such as Firebase, Supabase, AWS, Google Gemini, and Google AdMob, information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your country.
Where applicable, these services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, contractual safeguards, and applicable legal requirements.
17. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Prompt World Hub does not intentionally use traditional website cookies as a core feature of the mobile app.
However, third-party services, including advertising and analytics providers, may use device identifiers, SDK technologies, local storage, or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and measurement.
18. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no online service, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
19. No Automated Decision-Making
Prompt World Hub does not use AI image generation to make decisions about your eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, education, or other similarly significant matters.
AI image generation is initiated by the user through the app.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made:
We will update the Last Updated date
The updated policy may be made available inside the app
The updated policy may be published through the applicable privacy-policy page or website
Your continued use of Prompt World Hub after an update may be subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
