Prompt World (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Prompt World is intended only for users aged 18 and above.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide app features and ensure app functionality.

A. Device Permissions

To operate properly, the app requires:

• Internet Access – For Supabase, Firebase, Gemini API, and AdMob

• Storage / Gallery Read Access – To allow users to select photos for AI generation

• Billing Permission – To process token purchases via Google Play Billing
  
  

B. Information You Provide

1. Google Login (Firebase Authentication)

When you log in using Google, Firebase may provide:

• Name

• Email address

• Google Account ID

• Profile picture (optional)
  
  

Passwords are never shared with us.

2. Username

After login, you must create a username.
This username is stored securely in Supabase along with:

• Name

• Email

• Google Account ID
  
  

3. User Photos: Uploads & AI Generation

A. Photos Uploaded in the Media Screen

When a user uploads a photo inside the Media Screen, it is stored in:

✔ Supabase Storage (User’s Personal Folder Only)

Purpose of Storage:

• To show the photo in the user's personal Media Screen

• To allow the user to use the photo for AI generation
  
  

Privacy & Visibility:

• Private: Only the uploading user can see their uploaded photo

• No Sharing: No other user can access or download uploaded photos

• Deletable: Users may request deletion at any time
  
  

B. Photos Selected From Device Gallery (For AI Generation)

When generating an AI image using a gallery photo:

• We do NOT upload gallery photos

• We do NOT store them in Supabase

• We do NOT save them anywhere

• They are used temporarily only during AI processing

• After generation, we do not retain or access them
  
  

Gallery photos remain fully private on the user’s device.

C. Generated AI Photos

• Saved only on the user's device

• Never uploaded to Supabase

• Never stored in any server

• Fully private unless the user chooses to save or share them
  
  

4. AI Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

Prompt World uses Google Gemini API for AI-generated images.

• AI output may be unpredictable, inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate

• We do not control or moderate AI output

• You use the AI feature at your own risk
  
  

Gemini API Processing Notice

Photos used for AI generation may be temporarily processed by Google.

5. Prohibited Content (User Conduct Rules)

You agree not to upload, generate, or use the app for content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or dangerous

• Sexual or pornographic (NSFW)

• Violent, abusive, or hateful

• Harassing or threatening

• Copyright-infringing

• Misleading or harmful
  
  

Violations may result in account restriction or banning without token refunds.

6. Automatically Collected Information

Firebase Analytics

We collect non-personal data such as:

• Device type

• App interactions (views, clicks)

• Performance metrics
  
  

Used only to improve app performance.

Supabase Logs

May include:

• IP address

• API request logs

• Technical metadata
  
  

Supabase does not store user photos in logs.

Google AdMob

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID

• Non-precise location

• Ad interaction data

Personalized Ads Opt-Out

You may disable personalized ads via device settings:

7. Tokens, Payment & Refund Policy

Tokens are used to generate AI images.

Refund Policy

All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Google Play Billing processes payments.
We do not access or store payment information.

8. How We Use Data

We process data to:

• Authenticate your account

• Display Media Screen uploads

• Enable AI photo generation

• Improve personalization

• Provide non-personalized ads (or personalized ads with consent)

9. Age Requirements

This app is intended for users 18 years and older.

We process your personal data based on explicit consent, collected through Google’s UMP (User Messaging Platform) SDK when you first launch the app.

12. How to Delete Your Account & Data

You may delete your account and all data at any time.

• Your profile (name, email, username)

• Supabase Storage photos (Media Screen uploads)

Generated photos on your device must be deleted manually.

13. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies.
AdMob may use cookie-like technologies for advertising.

14. International Data Transfers

Supabase, Firebase, Gemini, and AdMob may process data on servers outside your country.
All services follow strict industry-standard security practices.

15. No Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated profiling or decision-making.
AI image generation is fully user-triggered.
