Orsina Discount Code GLOWUP: What 10% Off Is Really Worth

The headline figure in pounds

Orsina's discount code GLOWUP takes 10% off at the Shopify checkout on orsina.co.uk. Ten per cent is a percentage, not a fixed sum, so its cash value moves with the size of your basket. Using the two example prices published for Orsina, a £43.95 planter saves you roughly £4.40, while a £1,249.95 sofa saves close to £125. The pattern is simple: every £100 you spend returns £10, and the saving only becomes meaningful on the bigger-ticket items.

Orsina's range spans both ends of that scale. Small decorative pieces — cushions, throws, clocks, storage jars, utensils — sit in the tens of pounds, where the code returns a few pounds at most. Sofas, wardrobes, sideboards, media units and other casegoods run from the hundreds into four figures, and that is where 10% becomes worth planning around. A two-seater, three-seater, corner, modular, chesterfield or sofa bed purchase is the sort of order where the code pays for the time spent applying it.

No minimum spend, but a delivery threshold to watch

Orsina does not publish a minimum order value for the code, and there is no account signup or newsletter subscription required to use it. The discount is applied to the goods total.

The catch is the separate £49 free delivery threshold. Orsina offers free delivery on orders above £49, and because GLOWUP reduces the goods total, a borderline basket can be pushed under that line by the discount itself. A basket sitting a pound or two above £49 before the code may fall below it after, at which point any saving can be offset by a delivery charge. On a small order it is worth checking the total after the code is applied rather than assuming the saving is clean.

The sale-stacking unknown

Orsina runs a permanent sale area with 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70% off collections plus clearance. Whether GLOWUP stacks on top of those already-reduced prices is not published by Orsina, so it cannot be stated either way here. The only reliable method is to add the sale item, enter the code and see whether the discount line appears in the order summary. If it does not, the reduced sale price stands on its own and the code adds nothing to that item.

Two ways to lose the discount at checkout

Both are procedural rather than about the terms.

Express wallet buttons. Paying straight from the cart using an express wallet button can skip the checkout page that carries the discount code field, meaning the code never gets entered. Orsina accepts major cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, so the temptation to jump ahead is real.
Instalments applied in the wrong order. Interest-free instalments are offered via Klarna and PayPal. Apply the code before choosing instalments so the instalment amounts are calculated on the reduced total rather than the full one.

Applying it correctly

Add products to the cart, checking colour and size variant options.
Open the cart from the icon in the top right and continue to checkout.
Find the discount code or gift card field — it sits in the right-hand order summary on desktop, or inside the collapsed 'Show order summary' panel on mobile.
Type GLOWUP and press apply.
Confirm the 10% discount line appears in the order summary before entering payment details.

Where the value settles

On a small homeware order the code returns pocket change and may interact awkwardly with the £49 delivery threshold. On furniture — sofas, beds, wardrobes, dressing tables, desks — it is worth tens or over a hundred pounds on a single item. Orsina also promotes a 14-day money-back guarantee, which matters more on a large purchase than the discount itself. The company is registered in Glasgow and describes over 30 years of influence on interiors products sold through high street stores and interior designers.
