AIM & SCOPE
The aim of PROMISE 2027 is to establish a premier interdisciplinary forum that brings together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to explore the convergence of Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Process Intelligence, and Sustainable Digital Transformation. The workshop seeks to advance the development of intelligent, explainable, privacy-preserving, and sustainable process-aware systems by fostering discussions on innovative methodologies, emerging technologies, and real-world applications. It aims to promote collaboration between academia and industry while identifying future research directions that enhance process discovery, monitoring, prediction, and optimization in increasingly complex digital ecosystems.
PROMISE 2027 welcomes original research contributions, industrial experiences, visionary ideas, and case studies addressing theoretical advances, algorithmic developments, system implementations, and practical applications in AI-enhanced process mining. The workshop particularly focuses on integrating emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Generative AI, Federated Learning, Digital Twins, and Sustainable AI—with process mining to enable intelligent and responsible process analytics.
