These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Prominent TechnoLabs.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Prominent TechnoLabs provides:
Digital Marketing Services
Website Design & Development
Mobile Application Development
Service details, scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
Remaining payment milestones will be defined in the proposal.
Delayed payments may result in work suspension.
All payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Project timelines depend on:
Client approval speed
Content availability
Scope changes
Any delay in client response may affect delivery timelines.
Clients must:
Provide accurate project requirements
Provide content, images, and credentials on time
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Full ownership of final project files will be transferred after full payment.
Prominent TechnoLabs reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Prominent TechnoLabs shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business loss due to third-party service failures
Hosting/server downtime
Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Payments for completed work must be cleared before termination.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
