What is the first thing that I should do if my Panel isn't working properly?
Turn the panel completely off and restart the connected computer. You can turn off with the on/off switch underneath the panel beside the power cord or unplugging the power cord.

How I can change my speaker to the Promethean Panel's internal speakers?

What is my activation key for ActivInspire?
You can download ActivInspire to any laptop including personal devices. The activation key can be found on the back left of your Promethean Panel. This is a long number; you may want to take a picture; usually begins with # 0016.
How can I import previous PPT or Smartboard lessons to write on and use with the Promethean Panel? The best way is to import them into the ActivInspire software.
Choose file, import file, choose the format, click import and wait on file to load. Then save as an ActivInspire file and edit all you want!
You can export files with writing to PDF documents to share in Google Classroom.
How can I create activities to load on the Promethean Panel?
Activities can be created in ActivInspire software or Classflow website. Save files to an external USB drive to load them directly to your panel.
