Junk Removal Terms & Conditions are to be followed in addition to Deposit/Parking Terms & Conditions
There will be a NON REFUNDABLE $15 deposit for every $50 quoted.
Example: If the total quote is $210, the deposit is $60.
For Junk Removal Jobs there is a $200 MINIMUM, this is subject to increase. The $200 minimum includes dump fee.
Services are quoted based on the load amount.
Pick up truck:
1/2 $200
Full $400
Trailer:
1/4 $200
1/2 $400
3/4 $600
Full $800
Quotes are subject to change based on weight and labor.
For Specialty items (Beds, Box Springs, Washers & Dryers,Water Heaters, etc) prices may Increase.
All appliances must be emptied including refrigerators and freezers prior to removal. Also, all water and gas lines must be disconnected prior to our arrival as our team members are not allowed to disconnect these items for both your safety and ours.
Licensing and liabilities prevent our team members from removing flammable liquids, firearms, explosives, any container filled with gasoline or propane, medical waste, live or deceased animal or insects, or other hazardous items.
Deposit/Parking Terms & Conditions

Services can be rescheduled up to ONE TIME if the rescheduling happens 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled service. Failure to do so results in loss of deposit. Deposits and services are non transferable. No exception.
Deposits can be made via Zelle or Apple Pay. All payment notes should state: Deposit, Date & City where services will be rendered.
Final payments can be made in Cash or Zelle.
Parking related to all services requested are to be arranged by customer. Tickets accrued due to the absence of parking permits and/or lack of adequate parking are to be paid by the customer. No exceptions.
