Guest Writers
Occasional or one-time contributors for specific themes or features.
Columnists
Writers with a recurring niche/topic (e.g. based on the theme of the issue).

Submission Reviewer
Reads incoming submissions and helps shortlist them for publication.
Content Editor
Works closely with selected writers to revise and refine their drafts — focusing on clarity, tone, and impact.
Visual storytellers, this is your space!
Illustrator
Creates custom artwork or visuals for zine issues and posts.
Editorial Designer
Designs zine layouts using platforms like Canva or InDesign. Works with the EIC and editors to bring visual cohesion.
Submissions Manager
Keeps track of all incoming submissions, maintains spreadsheets, and ensures files are organized for the editorial/design teams.

Reel Creator
Makes weekly Instagram reels to promote issues, sneak peeks, or fun behind-the-scenes content.
Media Curator
Suggests book, film, and playlist recs that reflect the zine's mood and monthly themes.
