This Privacy Policy explains how Project Vanguard, published by Bastion Studios, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile game.

Project Vanguard collects a limited amount of information necessary to provide game features.
Player Display Name
Players may create or select an in-game display name. This name may be stored and displayed publicly alongside leaderboard scores.
Players should not use their real name or include sensitive personal information in their display name.
Gameplay and Leaderboard Information
Project Vanguard may collect and store gameplay information, including:

Leaderboard rankings
Game progress or related gameplay results
The display name associated with a leaderboard entry
This information is used to operate the game’s leaderboard and related game features.
In-App Purchases
Project Vanguard offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play.
Payment details, such as credit-card numbers, are collected and processed by Google Play. Project Vanguard does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
The game may receive limited purchase information, such as the purchased product, transaction status, purchase token, or entitlement status, to verify purchases and provide purchased content.
Google Play’s handling of payment information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
How We Use Information
Information collected by Project Vanguard is used to:

Data Retention and Deletion
Player display names, scores, and leaderboard entries may be retained while the leaderboard remains active or while reasonably necessary to operate the game.

Please include the display name used in the game and enough information for us to locate the associated leaderboard record. We may request additional verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Purchase records may be retained where necessary for transaction verification, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Children’s Privacy
Project Vanguard is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the game’s features or data-handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
