Project Talidhay Executives
Kristian Rivera focuses on two priorities under his watch: children's rights, and issues of war and conflict. For over five years, he has led child-focused initiatives across Zamboanga del Sur, with project pitches reaching ASEAN. Most days, he closely follows developments in the BARMM region and the Middle East, particularly Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska, under the auspices of the YSEALI Fellowship Program. Kristian is also currently charting his postgraduate studies. Outside of work, he enjoys watching documentaries on social issues. Kristian does boxing as part of his workout routine and has always loved trying out new foods in alleyways.
Janelle Boquida earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, from La Salle University – Ozamiz. She is currently a bank associate at a development bank.
Janelle has been working with Project Talidhay since 2021, where her focus is on ensuring that financial capabilities are well aligned with the program’s logistics and overall objectives. Her expertise in financial practice and management has helped the organization thrive over the years. She demonstrates a strong commitment to both professional excellence and civic engagement.
Danika Kaye B. Ansale is the current Public Relations Executive of Project Talidhay and has been with the organization since its inception. She graduated with Latin honors from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan with a degree in AB International Studies.
She is currently working with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 9 and is pursuing her master’s degree in Public Administration at Saint Columban College.
During her college years, she joined various organizations that aligned with Project Talidhay’s vision and mission. With her excellent track record and expertise, she has been able to apply these practices effectively within the organization.
Asnaira Maghanoy has held leadership positions since high school, primarily in activities related to social awareness. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from J.H. Cerilles State College, Main Campus in Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. During her studies, she had the opportunity to visit various communities across Zamboanga del Sur, where she applied monitoring practices aligned with her academic training.
Shortly after graduation, she worked as a cashier at a local mall. Currently, she is affiliated with an ESL company, working as an online teacher, and has been teaching for almost a year. In Project Talidhay, whenever the team is unsure of a process, she ensures that the project remains aligned with both its principles and practices.
Joshua Jayme is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Yllana Bay View College in Pagadian City. Throughout college, he has been actively involved in football-related projects and activities both within and outside the region. In 2023, he served as an assistant coach for the Saint Columban Football Club during the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA), one of the most prestigious sports organizations in the Philippines, known for hosting tournaments, providing national rankings, and recognizing outstanding athletes and coaches. Joshua’s recent involvement also includes the Regional CEAP (2024).
His proactive approach in the community has positioned him as a key figure in leading community campaigns—engaging and persuading stakeholders to partner with the organization.
Jomanah C. Abag is the Policy Head Executive and a dedicated youth leader currently pursuing a degree in Legal Management at Ateneo de Zamboanga University. She is passionate about public service, policy development, and creating safe spaces for children through meaningful, play-based activities. Alongside her academic work,
Jomanah teaches English as a Second Language to students from Spain, Italy, France, and various Southeast Asian countries. Her diverse experiences in education and community engagement allow her to connect deeply with both children and fellow volunteers. She believes that creativity and recreation are powerful tools for nurturing a child’s emotional, social, and physical well-being. As a young leader, she remains committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the youth she serves.
Creatives Committee
Ashley Guiamel is currently a Geodetic Engineering student in Pagadian City. She has been a member of Project Talidhay since 2021, with most of her contributions focused on communications and drafting designs for pre-project proposals. Ashley also participated in the Local Youth Assembly in Pagadian City, which trained youth to bridge the gap in intergovernmental cooperation. The project was funded by USAID.
John Mark Leonardo holds a bachelor's degree in Education, majoring in Mathematics. He is currently working at a virtual marketing assistance company based in the Philippines. John Mark joined Project Talidhay in 2022 under the Creatives Committee, where he is primarily responsible for designing publication materials for both social media and offline platforms. He is currently preparing for the licensure examination and hopes to share his knowledge in the field of education.
Finance Committee
Claire Audrey A. Nacilla is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at De La Salle University – Manila. She is deeply passionate about community service and actively volunteers with various organizations to make a positive impact. In Project Talidhay, Claire handles finance-related tasks under the Finance and Marketing Committee.
Since joining in 2022, she has participated in two on-the-ground activities. Claire believes that even small acts of service can lead to meaningful change. During breaks, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, which helps her stay grounded and motivated. Through her journey, Claire aims to grow both as a professional and as a person committed to the greater good.
Rochell Siabu is in her final year of undergraduate studies, majoring in Business Administration - Marketing Management. She is a kind-hearted individual who finds joy and purpose in helping others. Even during times when she needs support herself, she still chooses to extend compassion to those around her.
Rochell has been with Project Talidhay since 2022, initially focusing on raising community awareness through campaigns. Since joining, she has participated in two activities. For her, healing often comes through lifting others up and sharing strength in times of struggle. Rochell is guided by empathy, resilience, and a quiet determination to make a positive difference.
Public Relations Committee
Rogene Mangaron is a fourth-year Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies student at J.H. Cerilles State College. Throughout his academic journey, he has demonstrated strong leadership as the president of JHCSC JForce and SELL Club (A.Y. 2024–2025), senator, and spokesperson of the Supreme Student Council.
Rogene's involvement in various organizations includes serving as secretary, vice president, governor, and feature writer-editorial cartoonist in both cultural and student government bodies. He is also an active community leader, holding roles in the Sangguniang Kabataan and NGOs like Project Talidhay and Kapagkasi Youths Coalition. He has earned accolades such as Best Speaker from COA Region IX and has participated in regional engagements, including the NEDA ZAMPEN Roadshow and DBM Open Government Partnership.
Diane Monta is currently a Public Administration student at Mindanao State University – Main Campus, Marawi City. She is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of relationships—both independent and interdependent—between NGOs, governments, and other sectors.
She enjoys binge-watching series, reading books, and exploring new ideas that inspire creativity and relaxation. Passionate about governance and community development, Diane actively advocates for the welfare and education of children.
She has been with the organization since 2021, finding meaning through visitations and program preparations. With a strong sense of purpose and public service, Diane strives to create inclusive and child-friendly communities. Guided by this commitment, she continues to work toward meaningful change in society.
Raizendyl Paredes graduated with his Bachelor's degree in 2024 from Southern Mindanao Colleges, Inc., majoring in Civil Engineering. He is currently preparing for the 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE).
Rai is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee and badminton, and is currently into jogging and running. He is highly adaptable—able to connect with strangers and become friends in just a few minutes. While he may seem nonchalant at first, he becomes bubbly and outgoing once he feels comfortable around others. His dreams are higher than the skies—yet there he is, chilling on a plane.
