Project STARS is a community organization dedicated to fostering inclusivity and empowerment for local disabled children and children with neurological conditions. Through engaging meetings at local parks, we provide opportunities for these children to connect and cultivate meaningful relationships. With projects like writing letters to nursing home residents, as well as pen pal programs across states, we aim to bridge generational gaps and spread positivity. Furthermore, by using outreach strategies such as email campaigns, Zoom meetings, and social media platforms, we plan to collaborate with other schools and organizations to expand our impact. We also plan to provide a wide range of activities that positively impact the cognitive abilities of the children and to ensure that every child can find joy and fulfillment in our program. Through these initiatives, Project STARS seeks to create a brighter and more inclusive future for our stars on Earth.
