Project NESARI Privacy Policy

Studio Nesari ("Studio Nesari," "we," "our," or "us") develops and operates Project NESARI ("Project NESARI," the "Game," or the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Project NESARI, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

If you create or use an account with Project NESARI, we may process information necessary to identify and authenticate your account, including your email address, display name, account identifier, and information provided through supported sign-in services such as Google or Firebase Authentication.

The exact information available to us depends on the sign-in method you use.

Gameplay and Account Data

We may store information related to your use of the Game, including:

High scores, leaderboard information, game progress, gameplay statistics, achievements, owned ships, upgrades, virtual currency balances, account entitlements, settings, and other information required to save and restore your progress.

Some information may be stored locally on your device and some may be stored using cloud services.

Advertising and Device Information

Project NESARI uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide advertising.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically process information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, interactions with the Game and advertisements, diagnostic information, and other information required for advertising, measurement, security, analytics, and fraud prevention.

An IP address may also be used to estimate a device's general location.

We do not request access to your precise GPS location for advertising purposes.

Purchases

Project NESARI may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. Studio Nesari may receive information necessary to verify a purchase and provide purchased items, currency, subscriptions, or other entitlements. Studio Nesari does not directly process your payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as necessary to operate and improve Project NESARI, including to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain player accounts.

• Save and restore game progress.

• Operate high scores and leaderboards.

• Maintain virtual currency, upgrades, ships, purchases, and account entitlements.

• Display and manage advertisements.

• Prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and unauthorized transactions.

• Diagnose technical problems and improve performance, reliability, and security.

• Respond to support requests and communications.

3. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Project NESARI uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Depending on your location, applicable law, and privacy choices, advertising services may use information to provide personalized, non-personalized, or otherwise restricted advertising.

Where required, privacy and consent options may be presented using Google's privacy and messaging technologies. Users may also be provided with an option within the Game to review or change applicable advertising privacy choices.

4. Third-Party Services

Project NESARI uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Google Play Services
For Android platform functionality and services.

Google Play Games Services
For supported player authentication and gaming functionality.

Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore
For account authentication, cloud storage, synchronization, and game-related account information.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Studio Nesari may share or allow information to be processed by service providers when necessary to operate Project NESARI, including the Google services described above.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and security of Studio Nesari and its users.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with Project NESARI.

Some information is stored locally on your device, while account and gameplay information may be stored using third-party cloud services such as Firebase.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and gameplay functionality, meet legal or security requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.

No method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Project NESARI account and associated personal information.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Information processed independently by third-party providers may also be subject to those providers' respective retention and deletion policies.

Project NESARI is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
