Our mechanical design consists of three parts; drone, arm and claw. The arm is the first system, it is made of three parts; the lower arm, forearm and wrist. Each part has a hole in it to allow for the next part to mount into it. Each part has a servo mounted to each end to ensure it stays in place. The lower arm is mounted to the drone frame .

The claw works by having a servo motor rotate which pulls together the two pinchers by turning the linkage.

The drone frame is made out of lightweight 6061 aluminum. It also has the housing for the bulbs that mounts to the top of the frame.
