I hold both a BSW and MSW in Social Work, specializing in group work with adolescents and their families, and bring over 20 years of professional experience. But here’s the real truth: the young people that I work with don’t care about my degrees or my titles — all they need to know is that I genuinely care.

I create safe non-clinical peer group spaces for youth to explore who they are from the inside out and evolve towards their best selves. My approach bridges group support and life skills to help youth navigate the complex realities of modern adolescence — from confidence and connection to resilience and critical thinking.
