Hello Beautiful Souls! I am Tewanda Hardy — Founder & CEO of Project Inside Out Teens, a wife, homeschool mom, and peer support group instructor. I hold a BSW and MSW, specialize in social-emotional wellness, and bring along 20+ years of professional social work experience to the table.
But, do you want to know a secret? The students that I work with couldn't care less about my credentials or work experience! — What matters most to them is that I am authentic, I meet them where they are, I ask them questions to better understand their experiences, and I genuinely care about their overall well-being.
Our peer support groups are safe, non-clinical, communities where students explore who they are, build skills, and work towards becoming their best selves... from the inside out! My approach blends small group instruction, peer support, skill building, wellness habits, and meaningful conversations together to create a judgement free space that supports the next generation on their unique journey of BECOMING...
