Supporting Tweens, Teens, & Emerging Adults!
I am Tewanda Hardy — Founder & CEO of Project Inside Out, a wife, homeschool mom, and peer support group instructor. I hold a BSW and MSW, specialize in social-emotional wellness, and bring along 20+ years of professional social work experience.
But, here’s the most important part: the students that I work with couldn't care less about my credentials or work experience — what matter's most to them is that I am patient, meet them where they are, and genuinely care about their well-being.
Our peer support groups are safe non-clinical virtual communities where students explore who they are from the inside out and grow towards their best selves. My approach blends small group instruction, peer connection, social-emotional learning, wellness habits, and independent living skills, helping the next generation navigate the complex realities of modern adolescence and emerging adulthood.
