We are a dynamic group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including biotechnology, public health, social entrepreneurship, and research. Our team represents inclusivity, with members from various communities and ethnicity. This blend of expertise and cultural diversity drives our mission to empower tenants and create sustainable solutions.
Sushmita Paudel, a B.Tech graduate in Biotechnology, is a visionary leader driving environmental and social impact. As Project Strategist for AMR Heroes, she leads workshops on responsible antibiotic use. She founded Eco-Revive Research and innovation to create products using Nepali herbs, supporting rural farmers. As R&D Specialist at Kanduk Industry, she focuses on banana fibers and cellulose. She is also a research Fellow at The Green Institute and part of the Springboard Elevate Programme 2024, gaining global mentorship opportunities.
Project Lead & Communication Strategist (Sushmita Paudel)
Oversees the project, engages stakeholders, shares updates, and manages storytelling
Field Coordinator & Creative Designer (Sushma Paudel)
Handles on-ground implementation, tenant training, and creates visual materials to support project outreach.
Vibek, a Bachelor of Public Health student at Kantipur Academy of Health Science, is an award-winning delegate (EIMUN 2024, Youth Thinker Society). He’s a leader in community health and sustainability, serving as Vice President of the Youth Red Cross Circle and actively contributing to environmental and educational initiatives through Land Our Future, Shree Secondary School's Management Committee and Young south asain leadership initiative.

Although we don’t have a physical office, our virtual collaboration is just as strong. We bring our passion, creativity, and commitment to every virtual meeting. We encourage each other to stay active and eat mindfully, and organize. Monthly music sessions with guitar or piano keep our spirits high and creativity flowing. Our team thrives on open communication, mutual respect, and a shared goal of empowering tenants through sustainable solutions. Together, we’re building a culture that aligns with our mission, no matter where we are.
