Maklab Innovations, in association with Nallapacha, introducing first of its kind Educational farm ,which blends Education, Agriculture, and Technology. Our educational farm is more than just a piece of land – it's a dynamic living laboratory where students dive into the world of sustainable agriculture and technology. It's a place where learning comes to life through hands-on experiences, scientific curiosity, technology integration and community engagement.
Step into our farm and step into a world of experiential learning. Here, students actively participate in every stage of sustainable agricultural practices. From planting the first seed to nurturing vibrant crops, harvesting the rewards, and managing the entire process – it's a journey of discovery and empowerment.
We provide hands-on learning experiences and student research opportunities in sustainable urban agriculture.
We offer workshops, volunteer opportunities, wellness courses, and a space for student sustainability groups.
We grow food, flowers, and a new generation of leaders in sustainability. Learn while you grow
At our educational farm, science isn't confined to textbooks. It's a vibrant exploration of agroecological principles and biodiversity. We take pride in cultivating an incredible diversity of over 100 plant varieties – vegetables, flowers, herbs, field crops, and fruits. Through this hands-on approach, students unravel the mysteries of ecological systems and embrace the art of sustainable farming.
Within Project Green's on-farm research spaces, students and faculty engage in interdisciplinary learning. The farm serves as a canvas for agroecology, revealing relationships between plants, insects, soil microorganisms, and the environment. This approach integrates knowledge from biology, environmental science, engineering, and technology, fostering innovative problem-solving. Students also delve into programming, IoT, AI, entrepreneurship, and financial management, embracing cutting-edge technologies. The farm thus cultivates an innovative mindset, promoting AI-driven agriculture where technology and sustainable practices intersect, shaping visionary agriculturalists.
Our farm isn't just a learning space; it's a platform for community involvement. We believe in learning beyond boundaries and fostering connections. Students, alongside local communities, engage in workshops, events, and activities that highlight the importance of sustainability and shared responsibility.
