About Project Development

Project Development began with a simple idea:

Document the journey. 

What started as training notes eventually became case studies.

The project follows the development of Elyon, a working-line German Shepherd prospect, while documenting the observations, successes, setbacks, adjustments, and lessons encountered along the way.

Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, Project Development focuses on the process that creates them.
