Project Brazi! supports mixed age groups as required by Meta's policy, including:
Children aged 10 to 12
Users aged 13 and older
We have implemented Meta’s User Age Group API to ensure compliance and restrict features appropriately based on the user's declared age group. This means:
Age-specific content and features are automatically enforced
We monitor for inconsistencies using tools provided by Meta
We follow the Meta Developer Documentation and self-certification process
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 10. If we learn that data has been collected from a child under 10, it will be promptly deleted.
As required by Meta’s Platform Term 1.5:
Project Brazi! is designed for users aged 13+ or the applicable age in the user’s region, and for children between the ages of 10 and 12.
We have implemented the User Age Group API within the required 30-day timeframe following self-certification.
Failure to comply would risk losing access to certain platform features. Implementation ensures enforcement restrictions are lifted, and all platform terms are met.
This API is used to:
Accurately determine whether a user is in the 10–12 or 13+ age group
Apply appropriate content restrictions and features
Comply with Meta’s mixed-age app requirements
