Founder

Niharika Nair is a student at FLAME University, Pune, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. She is incredibly passionate about human rights and is inspired to create an impact that extends beyond the hardships known to man. 

With a background in various art forms, she had initially directed her interests toward indigenous communities due to their incredibly diverse cultures. However, moved by the challenging circumstances faced by these indigenous people, she founded Project Tribali as a voice for the tribal communities in 2020. 

Through this project, she aims to empower indigenous communities by providing access to basic rights and creating cross-cultural awareness.

She hopes to be able to foster global collaborations and elevate this project to new heights. It is important that we help secure tribal rights and include them in the developmental process, as the indigenous people are the heritage of humankind.
