Element J is the external evaluation, where we gather input from others. Element K is the information and lessons we learned throughout the year, explained in-depth in a document. Below we used a survey and wrote a lengthy in-depth essay of our project's surfacing problems and resolution to those problems.
For our survey, we asked multiple questions that relate to our projects. The questions are in the categories of comfort, style, efficiency, and quality. : The responses were overwhelmingly positive, people were willing to buy the product for prices ranging from 5 to 25 dollars, most were in the 5 to 15 range which is exactly where we wanted to be. We receive some expected criticisms on our prototype, all things we already have planed on addressing.
For our document, we cover the following topics, Problem statement, Communications, Time Management, Procrastination, Organization, Documentation, Document oversights, Work Designation, Workload division, Subpar work, Completion of work on time, Debates, Testing, Prototype, and testing mistakes, and Recommendations for future groups.
Below is the entire document going over what we learned throughout this year.
