Staff Reimbursement Form

All PSE staff members who sign up for PTO membership and pay their $5 dues are eligible for a one time reimbursement of up to $45, just for their membership! 

All school clubs get $25 per semester for their club. 

Please use the reimbursement form to request your reimbursement. 

All requests are due by April 30, 2027 for the current school year. 

Please include a receipt with all requests. If a receipt is not included, you will not be reimbursed until one is provided.
