Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Data Collection and Purpose Progressivfit collects personal information, including but not limited to age, weight, height, gender, and activity levels, solely to provide automated fitness calculations, personalized workout plans, and interactive AI-driven coaching services. This data is processed based on user consent provided during the account creation and onboarding process.
Age Policy The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers. Parents or guardians of users between the ages of 13 and 18 are encouraged to supervise their minor’s use of the App to ensure data is provided accurately and safely.
Third-Party Data Processing & Infrastructure To provide its services, Progressivfit relies on specialized third-party infrastructure:
Google Firebase & AI: All user-submitted profile data is stored and managed using Google Firebase. To provide core AI functionalities, such as the generation of personalized training schedules, relevant user metrics are processed through the Google Firebase AI (Gemini) infrastructure. Security, encryption, and physical storage are governed by Google’s security standards.
RevenueCat (Subscription Management): For users accessing the "Pro Version" via the Apple App Store, the App utilizes RevenueCat to manage subscription states and validate purchases. RevenueCat receives only anonymized, transaction-related data (e.g., Apple Purchase ID, subscription status, and expiration date). RevenueCat does not receive your health or fitness data.
Apple App Store: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple. Progressivfit does not store or process your credit card information or bank details.
Data Disclosure Policy Progressivfit maintains a strict non-disclosure policy and does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal identification information to third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing agencies. Data is only disclosed to the service providers mentioned above (Google LLC and RevenueCat) for the purpose of providing the App’s automated services, or if required by a valid legal order from a government authority.
User Rights and Data Erasure Users maintain the absolute right to access, rectify, or request the permanent deletion of their personal data at any time. The App provides a dedicated mechanism for users to request account termination and comprehensive data erasure directly through the Account Settings section. Upon a formal request for deletion, the developer will proceed to permanently remove all user-specific records within the Firebase environment, including all AI-generated workout history.
International Data Transfers As the App utilizes global infrastructure provided by Apple and Google, user information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of the user’s home jurisdiction. By using the App, the user consents to such international data transfers, provided the service providers maintain adequate data protection certifications and security protocols.
Administrative Access The developer maintains administrative access to user data only as strictly required for technical support, debugging, and the maintenance of the App’s functionality. All access is performed under strict confidentiality.
