I design programs to be INTERACTIVE. I’ve found making programs fun and pulling participants into the action makes the learning last. Of course if samples of healthy food are allowed, that’s always popular too!

Program reimbursement - A general guideline is $150 for programs which include travel in the Chicago. Most arrangements are negotiable, especially for groups that do good work and are not-for-profit.
