Confessly maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, and any content that harms or endangers minors. We do not permit the sharing, storage, or transmission of any material that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
To ensure the safety of our community, Confessly employs a multi-layered defense system:
Human Review: Our moderation team prioritizes reports involving child safety. Any content flagged as a potential violation is immediately removed from the platform pending a full investigation.
Metadata Logging: While users are anonymous to each other, Confessly retains necessary technical metadata as required by law to assist authorities in the event of a child safety violation.
We empower our users to act as a first line of defense:
In-App Reporting: Every confession within Confessly features a "Report" button. Users can select "Child Safety" or "Illegal Content" to trigger an immediate priority review.
Direct Contact: Concerned parties or authorities can contact our designated Child Safety Officer directly at rehantufail5@gmail.com.
Any account found to be involved in the creation, distribution, or promotion of content that endangers children will be permanently banned from the platform. We reserve the right to prevent re-entry into the Confessly ecosystem.
