Activity Fund Director
The Producers Market Alliance of USAID, operated by Fintrac, a leading US-based agriculture consulting firm, is currently recruiting for the following position in Bogota, Colombia.
Activity Fund Director– Responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial management associated with the implementation of PMA’s Activity Fund, as well as the process of solicitation, competition, and close out for subcontracts, grants under contract (GUCs), and programmatic STTAs procured under the Activity Fund mechanism.
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 7 years in US government-funded project, with experience in management.
· Post-graduate or Master’s Degree in economics, engineering or related discipline.
· 5 years of experience in awards, grants and contracts, with experience in management and project staff supervisory positions.
· Experience managing GUCs on a USAID project.
· Familiarity with innovative programming and grant models.
· Familiarity with blended finance models, incentive grants, and public private partnerships a plus.
· Experience in USAID and U.S. Government procurement policies and procedures.
· Familiarity with agribusiness sector and related procurements.
· An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards.
· An extremely well organized and self-directed individual with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
· Excellent writing, speaking, and reading skills in English and Spanish; demonstrated report writing skills in English is required.
· Advanced proficiency in MSOffice.
· Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communications.
· Willing to travel to remote locations.
