Mission of Prof. Luiz Mundim, CAPES-Print project coordinator and leader of the UERJ's High Energy Physics group in visit to CERN laboratory ir onder to participate in the discussions related to the official visit of the minister Marcos Pontes, from MCTIC, to CERN, as well as fieldwork in the CMS experiment, as PPS simulation convener. The Minister visit took place on June, 28th, when the travel expenses of Prof. Luiz Mundim were paid by CMS Collaboration.

On July, 9th, Prof. Cristina Russi, cheef of DCI (Diretoria de Cooperação Internacional - International Cooperation Department) of UERJ in his official visit to the CMS experiment. UERJ's group is the largest Brazilian group working in the LHC (Large Hadron Collider), at CERN. GEANT based simulation is a key component of any physics detector. The PPS Simulation is under the UERJ's group responsibility since the phase of R&D of the detector and it is right know in its final phase of integration with the CMS global simulation.
