Based on the official Erasmus+ Programme Guide and the new priorities for the 2021–2027 programming period, the course provides a step-by-step approach to writing high-quality proposals under Key Actions, with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, inclusion, sustainability, and active citizenship. Participants will explore the logic of the application form, evaluation criteria, and budgeting rules, as well as practical strategies for building successful partnerships across Europe. The course also covers project implementation and reporting in line with European Commission requirements, ensuring both compliance and long-term impact. Through workshops, case studies, and peer exchange, learners will gain the tools to apply effectively, manage grants, and maximize the benefits of Erasmus+ for their institutions and communities.

Practical exercises on application forms, budgeting, and reporting will ensure immediate transferability of knowledge. Digital tools and collaborative platforms will be integrated to simulate project design and management processes.
Evaluation will be formative, focusing on participation, practical tasks, and group work. Trainers will provide regular feedback to support improvement. As a final assignment, participants will prepare a draft project outline. Successful learners will receive a certificate of completion.
Participants will receive official Erasmus+ Programme Guide extracts, templates for application forms, and sample budgets.
