International Curriculum Board

Our curriculum board comprise of experienced Pakistani academicians based in different countries for example Canada, UK, USA and Malaysia. They constantly provide us with the latest developments in the world of education and we at the center design them according to the culture and religious beliefs of the people of Pakistan. We constantly work on improving our curriculum so that the students do not take it as a burden on them and enjoy learning.

Our curriculum is designed by a very dedicated curriculum board. We keep ourselves updated with the current educational methods that are followed around the world and prepare them according to the needs of our children. We believe that interesting studies are effective studies that why we work very hard to maintain the students interest in the class. The step by step design of our curriculum makes study easier and helps us proving our statement that “learning is passion”.

Activity Based Learning

Our world is changing everyday. Hence to keep up with it we have to change our education methods too. At Progenitors we use latest technological equipments helping students to explore and use their maximum potential. With the help of activity based learning the interest of students is maintained and they love their time at school.

Separate Examining Body

Progenitor has realized the need of a separate and un-biased examining body so that the results of the students can be generated on their performance only. The test papers are set and checked by the center and then published online as well as send a hard copy to the respective campuses. By this exercise we try to get fair results based purely on the work done by the students. The fortnightly test (15 days) and semester exams are conducted on pre defined dates in all the campuses at the same time. The main advantages of our separate examining body are.

• The center carries out detailed evaluation of the results and helps the teacher by providing the needed tools to help the students overcoming their shortfalls

Teacher training

To make sure our hard work in the development of our curriculum is paid off we have design a Basic Training Course (BTC). All the teachers before they are appointed at any campus of CanPak have to pass the BTC. When they clear the BTC it means they have the required knowledge and skills to be a part of our family. Our teachers also go through on job training programs conducted by professionals throughout their stay in Progenitors. With the help of these trainings the teachers are able to deliver the true standards of education which is a right of every Progenitor student.

Role of teachers

Progenitor has reduced the work load of the teachers. The teachers get a detailed teaching calendar and all the required material so that the lessons go in a planned way. We know the importance of the teachers thus we do not over burden them so that they call deliver their job with a lot of energy and complete focus.

Parents Involvement

Another uniqueness of our system is parent’s involvement. We involve parents in the sacred responsibility of transformation among students. We have developed this online management system so that parents can know their children progress with ease. All the data, current and past records of the children will be published on our website. The parents will be given a ID and password of their children. They can access the website for the following purpose.
