These costs are regulated and collected by your local government or customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or invoices. As an exporter, Progear Creations does not charge or collect VAT, customs duties, or any additional import taxes on behalf of the buyer.

We always strive to support our customers by providing accurate documentation, invoices, and packing details to ensure smooth customs clearance. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations and settle any charges imposed by customs before delivery.

By placing an order with Progear Creations, you acknowledge and agree that VAT, customs duties, or other local import fees are not covered by us and must be paid directly by the recipient upon arrival of goods.
