A post-graduate in English from Pune University, where my academic journey has been dedicated to exploring the multifaceted realm of English language and literature. I have  qualified in the State Eligibility Test (SET) in English for Assistant  Professor and also pursuing my Ph.D. in English literature from Mumbai University.

My over 15 years of academic experience have delved into developing students language  skills (LSRW), Communication skills, Employability skills, Soft skills, Universal Human Values , etc. The academic foundation, coupled with my 15 years of experience in teaching English language and literature , Employability skills and Soft skills courses at undergraduate level, positions me as a suitable candidate for this responsibility.
