"I am a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, where I have been serving at the rank of Professor since 2020. My academic interests span teaching, research, and institutional development in the domain of management education. My core areas of specialization include Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing Strategy. In addition, I actively work and teach in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Innovation, Business Models, and Entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on IP Management and commercialization of innovation. I also engage with broader dimensions of management education through courses in General Management, Indian Models of Management, Ethics in Management, and Spirituality in Management, integrating traditional Indian knowledge systems with contemporary management practices. My academic work has been recognized through multiple awards and honors, acknowledging contributions to teaching excellence, research, innovation, and intellectual property creation. I have been actively involved in mentoring students, researchers, and entrepreneurs, and I continuously strive to bridge theory with practice through industry engagement, policy inputs, and applied research.
