• Currently working at, as Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Nutan College of Engineering and Research, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune with a total of 16+ years of experience out of which 2 years of industrial experience.

• ME (Heat Power) from JSPM College of Engineering, Tatawade, Pune.

• In my research credit, I have Filed 79+ patents, in which 51 patents out of 79 is filed with First-year students in one day (i.e. on 15 August 2021) which create a record of filing 51 patent in one day in honour of Independence Day.

• 8 copyright registered, 12 publications at national/international conferences and journals.

• Delivered expert lecture to FE students on NISP. As well attended many long terms and short term training programmes.

• Working as convener, NISP Co-ordinator, IIC Co-ordinator (Certified as Institute Innovation Ambassador), R&D dean, BVoc Co-ordinator.

• Worked as I/c HoD of Mechanical, in NMVP, Worked as an HoD in Automobile Engg. Dept. in NMVP and NCER.Worked as Chief Exam Officer of MSBTE Exam at NMVP, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. Worked as Controller of MSBTE Exam in, Dr D.Y. Patil College Ambi, Siddhant College, Sant Tukaram College, Y.B.College Akurdi, JSPM College Tatawade. Worked as a moderator I/c in MSBT Exam Paper checking.

• Provided Internship to 94 students in different industries, like CPET Aurangabad etc.

• Rating my performance and contribution in teaching as Excellent by awarding me a Faculty Appreciation letter. As well as awarded me a certificate of appreciation in recognition of my dedication, passion and hard work in record break number of 51 patent filing in one day on 15th August 2021, on the occasion of Independence day.
