To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable workout environment for every member, please follow the rules below:
All members must sign the register while entering.
Membership must be active to use the gym facilities.
Follow instructor/trainer guidance at all times.
Use gym equipment responsibly to avoid injuries.
Carry your own towel, water bottle, and gym gloves.
Wipe down machines after use.
Do not leave weights, dumbbells, or mats scattered on the floor.
Wear clean workout clothes and proper gym shoes.
Handle all equipment with care.
Return dumbbells and plates to their racks after each use.
Do not drop weights unnecessarily.
Do not reserve machines for long durations—allow others to use them.
Respect the gym timings: 5 AM–10 AM & 4 PM–9:30 PM.
Avoid loud conversations or disturbing other members.
Use earphones for personal music.
Don’t occupy machines while sitting on your phone.
Maintain respectful behavior with trainers and fellow members.
No harassment, misbehavior, or inappropriate actions will be tolerated.
Report any equipment damage or injury immediately.
No smoking, alcohol, or chewing tobacco inside gym premises.
Warm up before heavy workouts.
Inform the trainer if you have any medical condition.
Use safety clips and supports while lifting heavy.
Do not attempt risky exercises without supervision.
