Privacy Policy for Yeswa (formerly Profit Hunter)

Yeswa ("the App") is designed to act as a safety and ride-offer analytics assistant for gig-economy drivers. 

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and use device permissions.

1. Accessibility Service API Usage

The App uses the Android Accessibility Service API to provide its core ride-offer analysis features.

What it does: 

The Accessibility Service is used to read visible text related to incoming gig-economy ride offers, such as price, distance, and time, directly from your screen.

Why it is needed: 

This allows the App to calculate ride-offer metrics, such as SAR per hour and SAR per kilometer, and display them in a floating window. This helps drivers review offers more clearly without manually entering numbers while driving. The App does not accept rides for you and does not make ride decisions on your behalf.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

Yeswa is committed to protecting your privacy.

Local ride data:

 Ride history, OCR results, screenshots, earnings data, analytics logs, settings, and location-derived ride information may be processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload ride offers, screen content, OCR text, screenshots, earnings, routes, or location history to our servers.

Trial eligibility check: 

To manage free trial eligibility and prevent trial reset abuse, the App may send a one-way hashed device/app identifier to our server hosted by Cloudflare. This identifier is used only to determine whether the free trial has already started or expired.

Trial data stored: 

Our server may store the hashed identifier and trial-related timestamps, such as trial start date, last check date, and trial expiry status.

No sale of data: 

We do not sell your data.

No ride-data sharing for advertising:

We do not share ride data, screen content, OCR results, earnings, screenshots, routes, precise GPS location, pickup/dropoff information, or location history with third parties for advertising or marketing.

App analytics: 

We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google LLC, to collect app usage events such as onboarding progress, feature usage, overlay start/shown events, app performance, and anonymous non-identifying offer characteristics, such as platform name, quality band, and whether certain fields were detected.

We may use selected anonymous analytics events, such as overlay_shown or first_overlay_shown, for Google Ads conversion measurement and campaign optimization. Firebase/Google Analytics may collect or derive app instance identifiers, Advertising ID where available, device/app information, app lifecycle events, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We share app usage events and device identifiers with third-party advertising partners (including Meta and Google) for analytics and campaign optimization. 

Yeswa does not attach your name, email address, exact ride-offer details, screenshots, OCR text, routes, precise GPS location, or location history to these analytics events.

Crash and performance reporting: 

We use Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC, to collect crash reports and diagnostic information (such as stack traces, device model, operating system version, and app state at the time of a crash) so we can diagnose and fix stability issues. This data is anonymous and is not linked to your name, email address, ride-offer details, screenshots, or location history by Yeswa. 3. Data Retention and Deletion

Server-side trial eligibility records are automatically deleted within 90 days. Deleting server-side trial eligibility records does not delete local app data stored on your device. Local ride history, screenshots, settings, and locally stored analytics can be removed by clearing the App's data from Android system settings or by using any deletion features available inside the App. For deletion requests related to server-side trial eligibility records, contact us using the email address below.

4. Permissions

Draw Over Other Apps: Used to display ride-offer metrics in a floating window over supported gig-economy apps.

Accessibility Service: Used for the screen-reading purposes described in Section 1.

Location Permission: Used locally, if enabled, for driver location and ride analytics features. Location history is not uploaded to our servers.

Internet Permission: Used for subscription checks, free trial eligibility checks, app analytics, crash and performance reporting, Google Ads conversion measurement, advertising and campaign optimization, and related app functionality.
