AI Chart Trading Assistant — iOS version

Welcome to AI Chart Trading Assistant (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Chart Trading Assistant mobile application (the “App”) for iOS. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided solely for informational and educational purposes related to chart analysis and market sentiment estimation. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
The App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the applicable renewal price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the term.
Free trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not have access to or store your payment details.
Since all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must be made directly through Apple Support. We cannot issue or manage refunds ourselves.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are owned or licensed by AI Chart Trading Assistant. You may not use them without written permission.
When you upload or submit images for chart analysis, you grant us permission to process them solely for the purpose of generating analysis results.
We do not claim ownership over your submitted images or data.
We do not use submitted images for model training unless you explicitly consent.
The App provides AI-generated insights for educational purposes only. It does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or financial outcomes.
We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on information from the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Chart Trading Assistant and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our official page, and your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
