The company is involved in the real estate development sector and actively explores opportunities to develop affordable housing, middle-cost housing, as well as commercial lots and areas. These objectives align with the consistent and high demand for development in these sectors."

Vision :

Profil Makmur Sdn. Bhd. has set its main objective to survey and identify privately owned lands, agency-owned lands, and potential areas for development such as affordable housing, affordable property development, commercial lots, and others.

The company is also actively engaged and sensitive in meeting and negotiating with landowners who require business partners (JV partner) to establish joint ventures in order to develop high-potential areas. This, in turn, can provide benefits and interests to both parties, namely the company and the involved landowners.

Mission :

Starting from the year 2000, the company began exploring its first venture in the real estate development sector by developing middle-cost housing in Bertam Hulu, Melaka. The project was successfully completed and delivered to the owners in 2003 without any delays.

Over the years, the company has successfully developed and advanced several middle-cost housing projects, including 129 units of Bukit Beruang Murni Apartments, 140 units of student/worker dormitories at Kompleks Makmur Batu Berendam, 51 units in Taman Pangkalan Minyak Utama, Commercial Business Building in Ayer Molek, and many others.
