Last Call ("the app") is developed and operated by Lil Dee ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address, gender (optional), course category, and status level, provided when you create an account.
Content you create: messages you send in the group chat feature, and any feedback you submit through the app.
Usage data: basic app usage information collected automatically via Firebase (e.g. crash reports, general analytics), used only to improve the app.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account.
To provide app features such as study notes, exam papers, quizzes, and group chat relevant to your course.
To respond to feedback you submit.
To grant Premium access after you arrange payment with us outside the app (e.g. via WhatsApp and mobile money) we do not collect or process payment card details, and no payment is handled inside the app.
Data Storage
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Sharing
Messages you send in group chat are visible to other students in the same course category. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete My Account), or by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page. Deleting your account removes your profile information. Some content you posted publicly within the app, such as group chat messages, may remain visible but is no longer linked to your active account.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for students pursuing health-sciences education and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
