PROFESSIONAL DIVE SCHOOL TOURS AND DIVING EQUIPMENT REPAIRS was born from Kinchil Divers, created by Monica Rodriguez (born in Puerto Vallarta), daughter of Founder Fermín Rodriguez: who have been in the area of aquatic tourism services since 1982. *2001-2005 Professional Association of Diving Instructors. (Open water, Advance O.W., Rescue Diver, Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Emergency First Response).
BUCEO Y VIDA (SCUBA DIVE & LIFE)-PROFESSIONAL DIVE SCHOOL (born in Guanajuato) Bachelor of Marine Biology; with 9 years of experience in diving and 10 years in water activities; 11 certifications in professional diving. Part of the team in planning and logistics of underwater scientific research at the University of Guadalajara (CUCSUR). 4 years as part of the technical sub-direction in underwater research projects and 2 years as part of the training of divers on the coast of Manzanillo.

My husband recently took his Open Water course at Professional Dive School and our experience was terrific - Monica and Andrés were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We left feeling like we had found new friends and they truly went above and beyond to make sure not only our diving experience was positive but our entire experience in PV was great - they went so far as to help us arrange an excellent babysitter for our baby and even tried to help find us reservations for our Christmas dinner.
They are very knowledgeable about diving in the region and while my husband’s dives were focused on his course, he still got to see some fun stuff - manta rays, sting rays, puffer fish, eels, and a stone fish.
The theory portion was taught by an instructor named Gustavo who was extremely professional and highly detail oriented.
I didn’t dive and I still got to know the whole gang. Overall, we loved our experience!
